Miscellaneous Invoice Payment Form

The City of Richmond Hill offers an online credit card payment option for your convenience. Using the form below, you can pay various miscellaneous invoices, including, but not limited to, invoices for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), false alarms, grass-cutting, etc.

The payment is limited to Visa or Mastercard, with a maximum limit of $5,000 per invoice. To make a payment, you must provide the 11-digit invoice number (beginning with “1001”), 10-digit account number (beginning with “8”), contact information, credit card details, and the payment amount.
