Richmond Hill's Building Inspection Division regulates the construction, changes, repairs and demolition of buildings and other structures within our community. The Division uses the Ontario Building Code, Richmond Hill by-laws and the Ontario Municipal Act to manage these projects. A minimum of two business days are required to arrange for an inspection.
