Water Service Agreement

Residential property owners can book water turn off/on appointments using this form. Water Operators will visit the property to turn the water supply off from the outside. Appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance and you must be home during the appointment (age 18 and over required). Residents must call back to have the water turned back on.
