Personal information on this form is collected by the City of Richmond Hill on behalf of the Cities of Markham, Richmond Hill and Vaughan; the Towns of Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Newmarket, and Whitchurch-Stouffville; and the Township of King (collectively the “participating municipalities”), under authority of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996, S.O. 1996, c.32, as amended (the “Act”). The personal information collected on this form will be disclosed to the Municipal Clerks of each of the participating municipalities, and will be used to assess suitability for appointment to the Joint Compliance Audit Committee established under subsection 88.37(1) of the Act.
