Thank you for licensing your dog with the City of Richmond Hill. Your licensing fee directly supports local Animal Services, with 100% of the proceeds reinvested into programs that help protect and care for animals in our community.
Please note that all dog licences expire on December 31 of each year.
Please complete the required fields below to submit your application. Once reviewed and payment has been received, a dog tag will be mailed to you within 10 to 15 business days.
Please provide the owner's full name, residential address, mailing address (if different), and contact information (email and telephone number).
The personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, and the Responsible Pet Ownership and Animal Regulation By-law No. 22-25. The information will be used to administer the dog licensing program.
