Notice of Assessment or Canada Child Benefit (CCB) is required for all immediate family members that are adults (18 years and older) . If you do not have a copy of your Notice of Assessment or Canada Child Benefit (CCB), you can contact the Canada Revenue Agency at 1-800-959-8281 for a copy.
